For many the short trip to the shops before work is to buy supplies such as bread, milk and perhaps a newspaper.
It occurred to me this morning that despite the horrendous weather we have seen over the last month with all the snow and generally confusion which Ice seems to bring, there has not been one day that I have not been able to purchase my daily fix of disturbing celebrity gossip and the changing world’s news.
It seems that for every establishment that fails miserably due to the snow, there are also some industries where frankly the ‘show must go on’ and the fleet of vans must hit the road, nice and early to deliver us our news: everyday.
What shocks me so much is when it seems massive companies such as food giants “cannot get the food on the shelves” - Lets be honest, its a bit pathetic.

Volkswagon has for a long time created some controversy over its adverts for cars and vans. I am a fan of there creations and one day aspire to as my friend did own a VW Golf - Old school style.

There is no denying that this man is Geek of the Highest variety… The exception is that what he has done is pretty cool - He has adapted one of his vans to hold a Mac Mini and a Touchscreen. Just think of the possibilities of that - You could cause so many accidents…
